Authorized Dealer Requirements
Order only ONE chair to open an account!!
To become an Authorized Convaid Dealer your company must have a resale
number and a retail location or certified repair facility. Payment
Terms All new accounts will be C.O.D. or prepay
unless and open account has been established. To establish an open account with
net 30 days from the date of invoice, complete a Credit Application. Credit applications
will not be processed until an opening order is received. Allow 2-4 weeks for
processing. A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will apply to any unpaid balance.
Accounts with no activity for 18 months will be downgraded to new account status
and must resubmit a current Credit Application to return to open account status.

Pricing and Delivery
Chairs will be shipped at no charge via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Non-chair items and special shipping request will incur a shipping charge. Orders
are generally shipped within ten business days from receipt of order, pending
credit approval. Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of customer's receipt of product, and
must be in a condition that can be resold. Before products may be returned, a
Return Authorization number must be obtained from Convaid. A minimum restocking
fee of 15% will be charged on all returned items.
