Become a Dealer & Review Policies

It is Easy to Become an Authorized Convaid Dealer!

Order only ONE chair to open an account
To become an Authorized Convaid Dealer your company must have a resale number and a retail location or certified repair facility.

Payment Terms
All new accounts will be C.O.D. or prepay unless and open account has been established. To establish an open account with net 30 days from the date of invoice, complete a Credit Application. Credit applications will not be processed until an opening order is received. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing. A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will apply to any unpaid balance. Accounts with no activity for 18 months will be downgraded to new account status and must resubmit a current Credit Application to return to open account status. Please

Delivery – Free Shipping within the Continental USA!
Wheelchairs will be shipped within the U.S. at no charge via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Non-chair items and special shipping request will incur a shipping charge. Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days from receipt of order, pending credit approval.

Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days of customer's receipt of product, and must be in a condition that can be resold. Before products may be returned, a Return Authorization number must be obtained from Convaid. A minimum restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returned items.

 
Demo Chairs
The purpose of the Demo Chair program is to provide Convaid dealers with sample chairs so they become familiar with the features and benefits of each model and can demonstrate them to prospective buyers.

30-Day Evaluation
A 30-day evaluation is a pre-arranged trial period of a specific chair model. This program provides a Convaid dealer with a chair to utilize for a specific client. During this time, the dealer and the client will use the chair to see if it fills all requirements.

Warranty
Convaid offers one of the best warranties in the industry. All Convaid wheelchairs are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The warranty in the U.S. and Canada covers any part of a Convaid product that is found to be defective within the warranty period. Convaid will repair or replace these parts free of charge. Warranty service may be performed by an authorized service center or at the Convaid factory at Convaid's discretion. The warranty applies to the original retail purchaser of the Convaid product.


Warranty Period in the U.S. and Canada:
Frame and Cross-Braces - Lifetime of original retail buyer (except Metro & CuddleBug)
Metro Frame and Cross-Braces - Five years
CuddleBug Frame and Cross-Braces – Five years
Other Components - One year (except CuddleBug)
CuddleBug Other Components – 18 months
Fabric and Webbing - One year (except CuddleBug)
CuddleBug Fabric and Webbing – 18 months
Mountee Seating System – Five years
Sensiform Seat Cushions – Two years

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident or misuse. Warranty applicable in USA only, may vary in other countries.

 
To exercise this limited warranty, the user should first obtain a Return Authorization Number from Convaid’s customer service. The product must be delivered charges pre-paid (UPS recommended) to the factory or to an authorized service center, together with a copy of the original invoice, the Return Authorization Number and a written description of the problem.
