The EZ Rider Planar pediatric wheelchair offers a planar seat & backwith firm lateral thoracic supports and a contoured firm headrest. The EZ Rider Planar offers the therapeuticbenefits of a planar seating system while still offering the convenience of a lightweight folding wheelchair. This wheelchair has an upright seat with a 10-degree fixed tilt - recommended for children and teens with good trunk stability and upper body strength. The EZ Rider Planar also has a grow-able seat depth, height adjustable flip-up armrests, and height adjustable swing-away footplates, making it ideal for larger teens and adults with special needs.
The Seat Width measurement is determined by measuring the widest point across the hips when sitting comfortably, and adding 1 to 2 inches for comfort and growth.
