Two wheelchairs in one!  The EZ Rider Convertible pediatric wheelchair with planar seating offers a planar back and cushion with firm lateral thoracic supports and a contoured firm headrest.  The Convertible Planar offers the therapeutic benefits of a planar seating system while still offering the convenience of a lightweight folding wheelchair.  The Convertible Planar comes with large rear wheels and smooth stylish push rims for self-propelling.  The large rear wheels are easily removable with quick release axles.  The remaining 8-inch rear tires make the convertible an attendant controlled, foldable dependent mobility wheelchair.  This chair also has a growable seat depth, height adjustable flip-up armrests, and height adjustable swing away footplates, making it ideal for children with special needs.
