Our Ki Mobility team will take over the customer service and shipping functions for Star cushions as of March 1, 2022.
We would like to proudly announce that as of March 1, 2022 the Ki Mobility team will take over the customer service and shipping functions for Star cushions. The Star line will complement and strengthen the Axiom seating offering and expand our commitment to becoming a complete solution for our customers.
We would like to assure you that you will continue to receive the "Best In Class" level of service you have come to expect. To that end, Star Customer Service Representative, Marie Grasle, will be joining the Ki team to facilitate an easier transition as you begin to order Star products from Ki Mobility. As of March 1, 2022, due to supply chain issues, Star will be suspending the production of our StarLock cushions indefinitely. This line of cushion will not be discontinued. We are diligently working to be able to provide this innovative cushion to our valued customers again soon. This pause does not affect Stabil-Air and Standard Air cushions, which are in stock and available.
