Etac AB CEO Torben Helbo today announced Ryan B. Williams has been named President, Etac NA, effective immediately.  As President, Williams will have responsibility for the Convaid | R82 brands in North America and will report directly to Helbo.

Williams, 43, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, started his career as a hospital administrator, gaining extensive experience within healthcare systems and markets in the United States. He later served as CEO for Avera Health System in Sioux Falls, SD and as Chief Operating Officer of Irvine-based Passy-Muir for nearly a decade.

“Ryan is a dynamic, results-orientated leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and has a proven record of success in building strong teams. He has the ability and vision to set and meet goals through strategic business development. The Etac Board is convinced that Ryan will deliver on strategic priorities, build a strong team and deliver efficiencies to advance Etac NA’s growth agenda,” said Helbo.
