Etac NA (Etac NA) Marketing Director, Nanneke Dinklo, today announced that the company’s Pediatric Group, Convaid Products, LLC (Convaid) and R82, Inc. (R82), will  attend  Abilities Expo Chicago, to be held from June 24-26, 2016 at the Renaissance Schaumberg Convention Center in Chicago at Booth 209, while the Adult Group will attend across the aisle in Booth 309.

For more than 30 years, Abilities Expo has been the go-to source for people with disabilities, their families, seniors, veterans and healthcare professionals. In addition to Chicago, Abilities Expo is held in several cities throughout the United States, bringing new technologies, new possibilities, solutions and opportunities to members of the special needs community.

The Pediatric Group’s Business Development Representatives, Brendon Reid and John Liberton will attend the 3-day event where Convaid and R82 ambassador family, the Garrisons, will make a special appearance on Friday, June 24, 2016 to share their stories on how daughter Kyla enjoys freedom of mobility and inclusion in family, school and community events in her Convaid Cruiser.  The Adult Group will be represented by North Carolina-based employees, Kim and Mike Wienecke at Booth 309.

The Pediatric Group business development team will demonstrate the Convaid Trekker, Cruiser, EZ Rider and present its pediatric car seat line including the Carrot 3 car seat and booster seat, Mustang gait trainer, R82 Stingray and other seating and mobility products. The Adult Group will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate product from the Etac, Molift and Immedia product lines.

Convaid, R82, Etac, Molift and Immedia products are typically prescribed to individuals with mild to moderate involvement of conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Duchene Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Spina Bifida, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Cystic Fibrosis, Mitochondrial Disease, Metabolic Diseases, and Sensory Processing Disorders and others.
