Convaid Terms and Conditions

Authorized Dealer Requirements

To become an Authorized Convaid Dealer, your company must have a resale number and a retail location or certified repair facility. Convaid requires a minimum opening order.

Payment Terms

Orders placed must be paid in advance by credit card or company check. To establish an account with terms of Net 30 days, the account must maintain minimum YTD sales as defined by Convaid and have and maintain a good credit history. Terms are given at Convaid’s discretion. A finance charge of 1-1/2% per month will apply on any unpaid balance. All invoices will be sent by email to accounts payable.


Chairs will be shipped via UPS ground at a flat rate of $40 USD, unless otherwise specified. Non-chair items will be shipped via UPS ground at a flat rate of $10 USD, unless otherwise specified. Special shipping request for chairs and non-chair items will incur an additional shipping charge.


All returns must be made within 90 days of customer’s receipt of product and it must be in a condition that can be resold. If a replacement order is not made, a minimum restocking fee of 20% will be charged within the first 30 days. After 30 days and before 90, a 25% restocking fee will be charged with or without a replacement order. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Before product can be returned, a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Convaid. All customers are responsible for shipping of the product back to Convaid, Convaid does not issue call tags for returns.


We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, dimensions, pictures and prices are accurate in our database. Should a pricing error arise we will make every attempt to inform the customer. However, Convaid reserves the right to supply or not to supply a product. Products may vary slightly in design and/or color from the illustrations and are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
